HOPE
Hope is a feeling we should share freely, without ties, expectations or reserve. With hope the future is promising, the present exuberant, and the past endearing.
Today, we share it with you as a vinyl figure that symbolizes the beauty of community through the reintepretation of a traditional Mexican cultural component: the sugar skull.
Artists and emerging artists intervened and Hope to create this Day of the Dead altar as an invitation to reflect upon the power of creativity and dialogue as catalysts of unity.
Welcome all.
HOPE features the work of more than 50 artists and aspiring artists in a Day of the Dead altar that showcases the power that art has to generate community and mend the fabric of a wounded society, hungry for creativity and creation.
